What can be customised: size to your dimensions, weight to your GSM or lb/dz, colour to your reference, border style, and branding by woven label, embroidery or jacquard border.
What we recommend specifying in writing on the order: bulk to be matched against the approved sample, finished GSM after washing rather than before, and expected shrinkage. Five to seven percent over three industrial washes is normal for terry.
If a finished-after-wash dimension matters — a mat that must fit an alcove, a towel that must match an incumbent — tell us and we cut the greige for it rather than quoting the nominal size.
