Bath Sheet Supplier — 90 x 150 cm Cotton Terry for Hotels and Villas

A bath sheet is not a large bath towel. It changes your laundry economics, and that is the part nobody mentions at the quotation stage. THE SPECIFICATION Bath sheet, 90 x 150 cm (35 x 59 in), 550 to 700 GSM — 15 to 17 lb per dozen at the top of the band. Combed ring spun yarn, five-pick ground weave, dobby or jacquard border. THE HONEST PART A bath sheet takes roughly half again the dryer space of a 70 x 140 cm bath towel. Fewer pieces per load means more loads, more gas and more labour hours per occupied room. Properties switch to bath sheets for the guest experience, then find their laundry cost per room has moved and cannot work out why. Check your dryer capacity before you order, not after. If your laundry is already running at the limit, the bath sheet is the wrong upgrade. WHERE IT BELONGS Suites, villas and resort rooms with real ventilation. A guest who takes a bath sheet usually skips the bath towel entirely, so par levels shift rather than simply growing — tell us your room count and current par and we will size the order with you. WHERE IT DOES NOT Humid coastal properties at 700 GSM. A heavy bath sheet will not dry fully between uses in Gulf, Southeast Asian or Australian summer air, and the complaint that follows is about smell, not weight. Stay at 550 to 600 in those markets. THE QUESTION TO ASK EVERY SUPPLIER Is the quoted weight before washing or after? A towel shrinks a further 5 to 7 percent over its first three industrial washes, mostly in length — and on a 150 cm sheet that is up to 10 cm. We quote finished post-wash weight and finished size in writing.
