Three things follow.
Consolidate across sizes. Bath towels, hand towels, face cloths and mats in one shipment reach a full container sooner than bath towels alone.
Consolidate across the season. Two half-container shipments cost more than one full one and carry the transit risk twice.
Compare quotes on landed cost per piece at a full container, not on FOB per piece.
The cheaper FOB quote is sometimes the more expensive towel.
