Our Quality Process ● Incoming yarn checked before it goes onto the loom ● In-process checks during weaving and dyeing for GSM, colour and construction consistency ● Finished-goods inspection before packing — size, weight, stitching and finish ● Shade matching against approved lab dips for every dyed order ● Pre-shipment inspection against your approved sample Test Reports & Certification Independent test reports for GSM, absorbency, pile ratio, shrinkage and colour fastness are available on request. Certification details are available on request — send us your buyer's compliance requirement and we will confirm what applies to your order. Cotton Traceability We maintain documentation tracing our cotton, which importers increasingly need for forced-labour due diligence — particularly for shipments into the United States, where this has become a customs requirement rather than a preference.
